Product Overview
The LIPS 14 battery is a compact, lightweight rechargeable Li-ion battery, designed for hand held equipment applications. The battery fixes securely via latches to man portable host equipment for use in tactical environments.
The battery is configured with SMBus battery communications offering battery parameters to the host if required. An indication of battery charge can be determined through the use of the side mounted press-to-test membranes with a 3 LED capacity status display.
The fully metallic enclosure offers excellent electromagnetic screening as well as physical protection for the internal components, making the LIPS 14 battery suitable for use in sensitive environments.
With a specific energy of up to 160Wh/kg and a cycle life of greater than 300 cycles, the LIPS 14 battery is a highly energy efficient solution to low voltage portable power requirements.
