Peter started working at Lincad in 2013, following a career in national education. He became Joint Managing Director, alongside Janet Rowe, in 2016 and has responsibility for sales and new business development opportunities.

Janet joined Lincad in 2005, becoming Joint Managing Director, together with Peter Slade, in 2016. Alongside her business development activities, Janet has responsibility for HR, Marketing and Security.

Peter has worked at Lincad for over 25 years so has a wealth of knowledge and experience of Lincad’s products and services including customer and supplier relationship management. He was promoted to Operations Director in 2016.

Brian set up Lincad in 1986, following years of experience working in battery technology, electronic systems engineering and hardware design. Brian led Lincad as Managing Director for 30 years, before taking on the role of Chairman in 2016.

Mike has been working at Lincad for over 20 years now. He has particular expertise in battery mechanical layout design including customer and supplier relationship management.

Andy has worked at Lincad since 2005 as our Production Manager. He oversees day-to-day operations on the shop floor and has particular expertise in customer support and training. He regularly travels internationally to provide support and training in the field.

Gavin has more than 40 years experience in the battery industry and was Lincad’s Quality Manager for over 20 years. As our Research Manager, he now focuses on the testing of new and existing cell technologies. Gavin is also our qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA).

Kerry has over 25 years’ experience with Lincad. As Purchasing Manager, she is responsible for all purchasing and stock control. Kerry has an encyclopedic knowledge of Lincad part numbers and continues to develop her expertise through taking various professional development courses.

Stephen joined Lincad in 2019 as Quality Manager. Stephen’s experience prior to working at Lincad includes 10 years in quality assurance and health and safety roles.
