Lincad is a family-owned business, and the ethos of the company is one of valuing and nurturing employees and taking as much care of the wider environment as possible. We take our company values seriously and believe it is possible to be both profitable and ethical in today’s climate as long as you have the right Company culture.

Post COVID 19 this will become more important as the UK begins to build and recover from the pandemic and we are committed to sourcing as much as practicable from the UK.
