A note from the Directors of Lincad – OUR COVID-19 POLICY
Lincad’s COVID-19 Statement
As the COVID-19 pandemic situation continues to evolve, Lincad’s senior management group is monitoring and responding to the UK Government’s guidelines and aligning its business processes and activities accordingly.
It goes without saying that the health and safety of our employees and their families, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders is paramount.
Communications to staff on symptoms, protective measures and social distancing continue to be enforced. Lincad has a regular cleaning regime across the site and improved facilities for hand sanitising. Temperature testing of all staff takes place daily on arrival.
All potential visitors to the facility are requested to complete a questionnaire prior to entry to identify risk. Whilst we are keen to engage with visitors in person, we have the facilities to meet remotely via video conferencing.
Lincad has established business continuity plans, and our flexible working policies, including provision for working from home where applicable, mean there has been minimal disruption to the business thus far.
As a family owned and run SME that has traded profitably for over 30 years, Lincad will continue to support the UK MOD and other key customers, providing batteries and charging systems for mission critical applications.
Kind regards
Peter Slade & Janet Rowe, Joint Managing Directors
