We are writing to keep you updated on Lincad’s plans regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and the preparations we are currently taking across our business.
As you will be aware, this is a fast-moving situation and we continue to align our business activities to the UK Government’s guidelines on COVID-19.
It goes without saying that the health and safety of our employees and their families, customers, suppliers and other business partners is paramount at this time.
Communications to staff on symptoms, protective measures and social distancing have been increased and all non-essential travel has been stopped.
Lincad’s senior management group is monitoring and responding to the changing situation daily. Business continuity plans are in place, and our flexible working policies, including provision for home working where applicable, mean there should be minimal disruption to the business.
Lincad is a family owned and run SME and has traded profitably for over 30 years. With a healthy financial position, we believe we are in a strong position to get through this global crisis. We will continue to support the UK MOD and other key customers, providing batteries and charging systems for mission critical applications.
