Lincad to attend first Oil & Gas Battery Conference & Exhibition
Lincad will be attending the first ever Oil & Gas Battery Conference & Exhibition which is being held at the Grand Hotel, Oslo, Norway from the 23rd to 25th August 2016. Organised by Hans H. Schive AS and Shmuel De-Leon Energy Ltd, Offshore Battery Days 2016 will provide a platform for companies, investors and academics to consider the latest technological innovations and business opportunities relating to the use of batteries in the offshore industry.
The conference and exhibition will be of particular interest to Lincad, a company with over 30 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of bespoke batteries, chargers and power management systems for military and other specialist applications. Lincad has already been involved in the petrochemical sector, having recently developed a battery for a submersible autonomous inspection vehicle.
Over the three days, the Offshore Battery Days 2016 event will cover numerous topics including battery safety hazards, battery safety guidelines, battery safety equipment, battery safety design, battery testing and primary cells and batteries for offshore, subsea and industrial applications.
